The ImMedia Approach
ImMedia was founded on a simple premise--the best way to understand a project is to understand the client. By taking the time to get to know each client we are able to create solutions that not only meet their requirements, but exceed them.
We wanted to create a company that builds strong and lasting relationships while attaining our client's goals. An agency whose business hierarchy has no middle-management; an agency that is not bound by preconceptions or creative restrictions. In short, figure out what works and then do it.
Our approach to development is both structured and logical. We define your needs, assess the scope of your project and offer you a unique solution tailored to your specific requirements. We take a four step approach to all of our projects:
1. Initial Meeting and Research
We work closely with our clients to get to know the company "today" and the image the company would like for the future. We identify your key audience and establish a design objective that suits the company's individual needs. Then, we gather information from the client, the internet, and other sources to familiarize ourselves with your industry and its competition.
2. Concepts and Development
Utilizing our research findings and prior experience we create several concepts for you to review. Together we evaluate each concept based on color, look, feel, functionality, and layout. Our goal is to create an engaging design and interface that not only showcases your business to your clients, but also engages them and creates an experience that will entice and stimulate the end-user.
3. Production, Review, Approvals
Once the design has been approved and copy has been provided by the client, we'll begin developing the final product. We will provide you with your designs to approve final proofs or the final working site.
4. Job Completion
For web sites, after final approval we will upload the client's site directly onto the server. For graphic design and printed material, we will preflight and package your files for delivery to the printer.
